About The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Representative who can identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and convert leads into long-term partnerships. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales executive who is passionate about sales, business development, and technology-driven services. You will be equipped with access to multiple verified databases and lead-generation tools, as well as ongoing guidance from our senior sales and technical teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior internship or exposure to sales/marketing will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Work on company-provided data and tools to identify potential clients across industries.
  • Perform lead mining through platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, and industry events.
  • Qualify and categorize leads based on potential and relevance.
  • Conduct cold calls, send personalized cold emails, and connect with prospects via LinkedIn or other professional platforms.
  • Schedule discovery calls and demos with potential clients in coordination with the pre-sales team.
  • Attend relevant networking events, trade shows, or webinars to meet prospects and represent the company.
  • Maintain long-term professional relationships with clients to ensure business continuity and referrals.
  • Track all outreach activities, leads, and opportunities through CRM tools.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups and lead nurturing.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing qualified deals.
  • Upsell and cross-sell company services to existing clients.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly review meetings with the Business Development leadership.
  • Share market insights, feedback, and competitor information to improve go-to-market strategies.
