About The Position

Kitchen Magic is a family-owned kitchen and bath remodeling company with over four decades of proven success. This is a field-based role where you will start your day from home and travel to in-home customer appointments within your territory. The opportunity offers the chance to earn a steady six-figure income with no cold calling, uncapped commission, and all confirmed leads provided by the company. In-office sales meetings in Nazareth, PA are held bi-monthly.

Requirements

• Ambitious and earnings-driven individuals who thrive on hitting sales targets and exceeding goals
• Able to travel to appointments within a one hour radius (must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation)
• Saturday and weekday evening availability
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and fluent in English

Nice To Haves

• Previous in-home or consultative sales experience is a plus — but not required
• Great communication and active listening skills

Responsibilities

• Meeting homeowners in their homes for scheduled appointments — no cold calling
• Delivering engaging, informative sales presentations that highlight our products, value, and design options
• Creating custom kitchen and bath solutions that meet each client’s style and budget
• Following up with customers as needed and managing your pipeline
