About The Position

TopLine Heating & Air is seeking closers who want strong leads, real support, and uncapped income. This is an opportunity to step into a system built to help you win, with inbound, pre-qualified leads booked directly to your calendar. Top performers can earn realistic earnings of $150K–$300K+ with up to 13% commission on company-generated leads and no cap on earnings. The role involves running 3-4 qualified leads per day in customers' homes, designing and presenting custom HVAC solutions, controlling the conversation, handling objections, and closing deals on the spot while delivering a professional, trust-based sales experience. A company vehicle, phone, and tablet are provided, along with medical benefits and a 401k match.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (in-home + phone)
• Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners
• Organized, self-driven, and results-focused
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to close in a one-call environment
• Confidence talking money and handling objections
• Understanding of urgency and how to guide customers to a decision
• Competitive nature and desire for paycheck to reflect results
• Takes ownership of results
