About The Position

Lithia Chevrolet GMC of Helena is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join their team. This role involves engaging with customers, providing product information and demonstrations, and managing customer relationships through a CRM system. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent customer service skills, and a strong understanding of automotive products and promotions.

Requirements

• Reliable - shows up ready to work
• Demonstrated success in sales
• 2+ years of experience in customer service required
• Outgoing personality - ability to guide customers with their needs
• Knowledgeable on products, features, and industry
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner
• Provide professional product presentations to all customers
• Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstration drives
• Gather customer contact and interest information and enter into CRM
• Schedule customer appointments daily
• Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and manufacturer promotions
