About The Position

Home Remodeling Pros of Central PA is a growing home remodeling company dedicated to transforming indoor and outdoor living into beautiful, functional spaces. Our team takes pride in quality craftsmanship, strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional results. This is NOT an order-taker role. We're looking for killers-closers who know how to control the room, build value, and ask for the sale. If you're the type who gets frustrated leaving deals on the table, keep reading. We sell high-ticket exterior remodeling projects- decks, sunrooms, and full home additions. Homeowners are already interested. Your job is to run the appointment, create urgency, and close.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of closing deals and hitting targets
  • Confident running in-home consultations and leading the sales process
  • Know how to build urgency and ask for the sale without hesitation
  • Can quickly build trust and connect with homeowners
  • Handle objections head-on and turn hesitation into commitment
  • Highly self-motivated and take full ownership of your results
  • Thrive in a commission-driven, performance-based environment
  • Stay organized and follow through on every opportunity
  • Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays (when homeowners are available)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home improvement, construction, or in-home sales
  • Sold high-ticket items (decks, sunrooms, additions, roofing, windows, etc.)
  • Consistently rank at or near the top of your sales team
  • Competitive and motivated by income, performance, and winning

Responsibilities

  • Run pre-set, qualified appointments (no cold calling)
  • Take control of the consultation and lead homeowners through the process
  • Build strong emotional and financial value in the project
  • Present solutions, overcome objections, and close the deal.
  • Consistently hit and exceed sales targets
  • Track your pipeline and follow up to secure every possible deal
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth project execution
