About The Position

As a Sales Representative at Treace, you will be responsible for becoming a subject matter expert in Treace Medical’s products and procedures, supporting surgeons and operating room teams for optimal patient outcomes. You will build and maintain new customer relationships, follow up on company-generated leads, and drive customer conversion consistently. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product design and improve user satisfaction, and plan, coordinate, and execute product training for surgeons in both didactic and hands-on (cadaveric) settings. You will also maintain strong links with key accounts to further sales, expand market development, and ensure service continuity.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of successful field sales experience.
  • The ability to travel locally (up to 90%) and overnight (up to 20%).
  • Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments.
  • Hospital credentialing readiness and the capability to manage emergency support scenarios.
  • A valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.
