About The Position

MTN Village, Squamish is a mixed-use master planned community located just ten minutes from downtown Squamish. The community consists of three phases and will be comprised of 107 townhomes, 79 condos, 80 purpose-built rental homes, light-industrial and commercial spaces including a daycare. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales in real estate with a developer
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A positive attitude and a drive to succeed
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful relationships with potential buyers and sellers, understanding their needs and desires
  • Guide clients through the entire real estate process, from initial consultation to closing
  • Show properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits
  • Prepare and present offers, negotiate terms, and ensure all paperwork is handled accurately
  • Follow up with leads promptly and maintain consistent communication
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets
  • Continuously learn about market trends, property values, and the local real estate landscape
  • Maintain and develop valuable Realtor relationships
