About The Position

Sleep Number is hiring a Sales Representative to help customers find products that meet their individual sleep needs and to contribute to the company’s purpose of improving lives by personalizing sleep. The position offers a guaranteed base pay of $17.75 per hour, uncapped commission, and bonus potential. Most team members earn $47,000–$66,000 annually, though actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed. Requirements

• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
• Goal-oriented, customer-focused attitude and motivation to exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Discover customers’ sleep needs and match them with appropriate Sleep Number products.
• Explain product benefits and current promotions, delivering personalized customer experiences to drive satisfaction and exceed sales goals.
• Nurture prospective customers through outbound calls and build relationships that generate repeat and new business.
• Help maintain a polished showroom and provide an exceptional store experience.
• Participate in sales practice training and coaching to develop sales skills.
