Requirements

  • Ability to make yourself available around our customers’ schedules, including weekend days and some evenings.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in building trust and connecting with homeowners.
  • Confident, energetic, entrepreneurial professional who enjoys helping customers make important decisions.
  • Self-driven performer who wants to control their income through effort, consistency, and results.
  • Desire to grow into leadership roles in our ever-growing company.

Nice To Haves

  • Flooring experience is not required.
  • No prior knowledge of the flooring industry is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners and help them choose the right flooring solution.
  • Close sales using warm, company-provided leads — no cold calling or door knocking.
  • Create a five-star in-home experience for every customer.
  • Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and support.
