About The Position

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative. This role involves engaging with homeowners through direct, in-person outreach in local neighborhoods to introduce remodeling services and special offers. The primary goal is to generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations, with no direct selling required. This position serves as a stepping-stone for a career in management or sales. The company is part of a network of trusted home renovation companies aiming to revolutionize home improvement.

Requirements

No experience required!
Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in
Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first-hand
Availability to work afternoons and evenings
Currently hiring for 1pm – 9pm shifts
Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours/day)
Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during canvassing activities

Nice To Haves

Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without
