About The Position
Join the Window World Sales Team. Window World, America's leading replacement window company, is looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our Houston team. As a Sales Representative, you'll work directly with homeowners to understand their home improvement needs and help them find the right Window World products and services, including replacement windows, doors, and siding. No cold calling! This is an opportunity to focus on connecting with customers, recommending solutions, and closing sales while representing one of the most recognized names in the home improvement industry. Requirements
- 2+ years of sales or related customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment
- Ability to build rapport and communicate confidently with homeowners
- Persistent and resilient with the ability to stay motivated throughout the sales process
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends based on customer appointments
- Ability to attend weekly Wednesday meetings at the Houston office
- Ability to attend 1–2 weeks of training
- Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
Responsibilities
- Meet with customers to understand their home improvement needs
- Present and sell Window World products and services, including windows, doors, and siding
- Measure windows and project areas to prepare accurate product and cost estimates
- Prepare and present estimates to prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales process
- Manage customer accounts and sales opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of Window World products, services, and promotions
- Stay informed about industry and market trends
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales experience
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
