Requirements

  • Life/Health insurance license (or the willingness to quickly obtain) is required.
  • Proven industry experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and results driven.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without need of visa sponsorship.
  • Open to candidates from a wide range of backgrounds, including leadership experience, healthcare, teaching, ministry, military, public service, logistics/dispatch, and call center or telemarketing roles.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
  • Generate new opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
  • Conduct virtual and on-site presentations with employers to position the value of Aflac.
  • Educate employees on available benefits packages and support enrollment needs.
  • Provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support.
  • Attend team meetings and trainings.
