About The Position

The Sales Representative is responsible for supporting sales operations within a designated territory. This role focuses on visiting retail accounts, building customer relationships, and helping drive product sales, distribution, and shelf presence for the Eagle portfolio.

Requirements

  • Associate degree and/or equivalent training and work experience in Sales or Business
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned retail accounts to increase sales volume, monitor pricing, and maintain shelf placement.
  • Help expand shelf space and improve product positioning across the full Eagle portfolio.
  • Gather market and customer information and report insights on buying trends and customer needs.
  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies to help increase market share and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers by addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Make informed decisions on retail inventory needs based on sales history and performance data.
  • Attend sales meetings to review performance, discuss competition, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Represent Eagle at promotions, events, and in-store marketing activities.
