About The Position

Under the direction of the Senior Director of Sales, the Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting sales and service activities in an assigned territory. The sales rep will own territory performance while partnering with distributor leadership, sales, and support teams to execute strategic growth plans through lead generation, product approvals, leading best in class educational support to drive customer satisfaction and patient outcomes in line with the company cause to help 1 million KIDS every year and values for the non-surgical division. The chosen candidate must live in one of the following states: MN, WI, SD, IL, NE, IA, MO.

  • Requires proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • at least 1 year of relevant sales experience, with 2-4 years with healthcare exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the sales of non-surgical devices (i.e. specialty braces) tailored exclusively to the Pediatric Medical Community in their designated area.
  • Develops technical selling skills and product knowledge necessary to effectively present and in-service OPSB products and services across all Children’s Hospital stakeholders in the territory.
  • Develop and expand referral pathways by building strong relationships with pediatric orthopedic surgeons, APPs (Advanced Practice Providers i.e. PA/NPs), and POMs (Pediatric Orthopedic Medicine), driving patient flow to OPSB O&P clinics.
  • Partner with OP Implant team on territory goals, navigate complexities, and leverage existing customer relationships for hospital-based product selling.
  • Lead sales efforts to preferred O&P clinics by serving as a clinical resource to educate providers on patient selection, outcomes, and appropriate use of non-surgical solutions.
  • Understand reimbursement pathways, payer considerations, and hospital contracting dynamics to support product adoption.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions, opportunities, and forecasts within CRM systems.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
