About The Position

Our client is looking for a high-performing sales professional to help grow revenue with independent and small retail accounts. This is not an entry level or junior position. Our client wants a proven candidate who can confidently manage accounts, drive repeat business, and consistently generate revenue. This candidate will report directly into domestic leadership and operate within an established sales process and quota structure.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience is required
  • Track record of hitting quota and generating revenue
  • Confident, competitive, and highly driven
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with outbound sales activity and account growth
  • Coachable but already experienced and capable of operating independently
  • Hungry for commission and motivated by performance-based compensation

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales outreach to independent and small retail customers
  • Grow existing accounts and drive larger order volume
  • Build long-term customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities
  • Consistently hit and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline
