About The Position

We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our team at Orange Coast Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat. In this role, you will be responsible for presenting vehicle models, trim options, and other vehicle attributes to customers. You will also present purchase and finance options, along with available service programs. A key part of the role involves completing follow-ups and maintaining relationships with both previous and prospective customers, while tracking them using the store's management system. Staying up-to-date with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram products, features, and accessories is essential, and you will attend product and training courses as needed. You will report to the General Sales Manager and receive coaching to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in automotive sales
1+ years of experience in customer service
Previous experience with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram brands
Ability to communicate with customers in person, over the phone and other digital communication channels
Working knowledge of computer systems and office software
Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities
