About The Position

The Sales Representative role involves engaging with Bass Pro Shops customers to promote vacation ownership opportunities. This position requires delivering compelling presentations, building trust with guests, identifying their travel interests, and meeting sales goals. The role also includes providing concierge-style service by recommending local attractions and offering discounted vacation packages, as well as participating in ongoing training to enhance skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Successful completion of a criminal background check
Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, team members, and leadership.
Comfortable using a computer for everyday tasks

1 year sales experience
