We currently service clients in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and Texas, with the ability to expand into additional states. Requirements

Coachable, competitive, and self-motivated
Strong communication skills (sales experience is helpful but not required)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Willingness to obtain an insurance license (training and guidance provided)

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual appointments with clients to assess needs and present coverage options
Help families protect their income, mortgage, and final expenses
Learn sales fundamentals, communication skills, and business leadership
Participate in ongoing coaching and development sessions
Progress into leadership by mentoring and training new agents
