About The Position

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving new home sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through closing and beyond. Sales Representatives make communities thrive by matching buyers with their perfect home and delivering a standout homebuying experience. This role blends relationship-driven sales with strategic marketing and proactive follow-through. Partnering closely with BSB Design/View Homes, this position aligns buyer needs with thoughtfully designed homes and community offerings. The Sales Representative works with leadership on pricing and sales strategies, uncovers buyer needs, and provides top-tier service at every step of the process. As the face of the BSB Design/View Homes brand, this role builds strong relationships with buyers, realtors, and internal teams while demonstrating pride, teamwork, and a results-driven mindset.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of successful sales experience required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

  • college degree preferred
  • experience in new home sales or real state sales strongly preferred
  • Experience and proficiency in marketing, creating social media content, and community outreach is strongly preferred.
  • A real estate license is not required for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Guide buyers from initial contact through the construction, closing, and post-close follow-up stages to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire homebuying journey.
  • Achieve monthly sales goals by proactively generating prospects, following up on all leads, and cultivating strong Realtor partner relationships.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the assigned community, including homes, pricing, floor plans, options, features, and surrounding amenities such as schools, shopping, parks, and events.
  • Keep all sales systems, files, and documentation accurate and up to date, including buyer and prospect records, pricing, inventory, and community information.
  • Ensure models, spec homes, sales offices, and community signage are well-maintained, professionally merchandised, and compliant with company standards.
  • Plan and execute community-level marketing initiatives, including content creation, monthly marketing calendars, and customer-facing experiences.
  • Communicate consistently with buyers regarding contract details, construction progress, financing needs, community updates, referrals, and available inventory.
  • Monitor homes under construction to anticipate and address buyer concerns and ensure readiness for orientations and move-ins.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis and report insights related to pricing, product offerings, promotions, and inventory to sales and marketing leadership.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with preferred lenders, Realtors, and internal departments to support smooth transactions and collaboration.
  • Participate in training, follow operating guidelines and company policies, and actively contribute to a positive, team-focused, values-driven culture.
