Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with business owners.
  • Persuasive presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media, web design).
  • 2–5+ years in a sales role, preferably selling to SMBs or in digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and their impact on business growth.
  • Experience with customer relationship management tools for tracking sales pipelines and client interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential SMB clients through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Generate leads using various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Engage with business owners to understand their goals, challenges, and needs.
  • Present customized digital marketing solutions, such as SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and website development.
  • Demonstrate the value and ROI of digital marketing services for SMB growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
  • Provide ongoing support and recommend additional services as client needs evolve.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, tools, and competitive offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM software, including client interactions and sales progress.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
