Sales Representative - Eastgate Mall
About The Position
Neo is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join their mission of building a more rewarding financial future for all Canadians. This role involves working at various activation events in locations such as malls, campuses, local businesses, and large retail partners. The primary responsibility is to acquire customers by signing them up for Neo products like the Neo Credit card and Neo Money account. Sales Representatives will represent Neo as the face of the company, earning a guaranteed hourly rate, uncapped commission for each product opened, and bonuses for exceeding targets. Performance can be tracked in real-time through the Neo App.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm to share products with Canadians.
- Ability to travel across your city to various locations.
- Money motivated individuals.
- An interest in technology or financial products.
- Full-time or part-time hours availability.
- Sales driven with a track record of high performance.
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo a security screening, including a criminal records check and a credit check.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in direct sales, door-to-door sales, telemarketing, retail, or marketing is helpful.
