Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-first mindset
- Self-motivation and goal-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience is a plus but not required—we train the right people!
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle
- Build strong relationships through exceptional customer service
- Execute a consultative sales process from initial contact through delivery
- Maintain knowledge of Subaru products, features, and financing options
- Follow up with prospective and current customers to ensure satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with team members across departments
