About The Position
MPower Direct is a leading energy company helping homeowners across the East Coast make the switch to clean, affordable energy. We're looking for motivated individuals to join our Chicago field sales team and earn weekly pay while building a career with real growth potential. This is an outdoor, face-to-face role where you'll meet homeowners in local Chicago neighborhoods, educate them on energy-saving programs, and help them enroll in competitive energy solutions. No experience needed — we provide paid training, daily coaching, and a proven system to help you succeed from day one.
Requirements
- Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented — excited by performance-based pay

- Reliable, coachable, and thrive in a team environment
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- No degree or previous sales experience required — bring the drive, we'll provide the training
Responsibilities
- Work in assigned Chicago neighborhoods meeting homeowners face to face and introducing them to competitive energy solutions
- Start genuine conversations, educate customers on their energy options, and help them determine if they can save on their monthly energy costs
- Enroll qualified customers and build lasting relationships within the communities you serve
- Achieve daily and weekly goals while developing valuable communication, sales, and leadership skills
- Participate in hands-on training, daily coaching, and team meetings designed to help you continuously improve and maximize your earnings
- Represent MPower Direct with professionalism while delivering an exceptional customer experience
