About The Position

USTCi, a trusted Verizon partner for over 25 years, is seeking driven sales professionals for a Field Sales Representative role. This position offers uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to build relationships and close deals directly with customers. The role involves setting up table events in apartment lobbies and going door-to-door to introduce Verizon 5G Wireless and Home Internet solutions. This is an ideal role for individuals who are self-directed, competitive, and motivated by commission-based earnings.

Requirements

• 1+ year of telecoms sales in a retail store or D2D experience (wireless, internet, cable, or similar)
• Natural ability to connect with strangers and earn their trust quickly
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
• Self-directed work ethic
• Competitive, coachable, and comfortable with a commission-driven pace
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for daily travel within your territory
• Must be able to pass a Background Check including a criminal record check, employment and education verification.
