About The Position
Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Twin Falls is seeking Sales Representatives to join their team in a modern, high-capacity facility due to booming business. The dealership has doubled its inventory and is looking for sales professionals to grow with them. This role offers opportunities within a small, focused team with ample customer opportunities and less internal competition. There is significant potential for personal growth, with a commitment to internal promotion and leadership development as operations expand. Unlimited income potential is available through commissions.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills & working knowledge of computers.
- Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
- Must be able to work in a drug-free workplace.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in automotive sales is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
- Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
- Track customers using store specific management system/s.
- Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories.
- Attend product and training courses.
