About The Position

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners who have requested information about our products and services, helping them find the best solutions for their homes. This role involves conducting professional in-home consultations, assessing homeowner needs, recommending customized home improvement solutions, presenting premium replacement windows, bathroom remodeling, and metal roofing products, and explaining financing options and current promotions. The goal is to build trust through a consultative, customer-focused sales approach, overcome objections, confidently close sales, and maintain accurate customer records using CRM software, ultimately delivering an exceptional customer experience from consultation through contract.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred (in-home, outside sales, or high-ticket sales)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident presentation and closing abilities
  • Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
  • Coachable with a desire for continuous improvement
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Availability for evening and weekend appointments as needed
