About The Position

As a Sales Representative at Treace, you will deliver impact by becoming a subject matter expert in Treace Medical’s products and procedures, supporting surgeons and operating room teams for optimal patient outcomes. You will strategize for growth by building and maintaining new customer relationships, following up on company-generated leads, and driving customer conversion consistently. You will provide feedback to innovate by collaborating with the marketing team to enhance product design and improve user satisfaction. You will train for excellence by planning, coordinating, and executing product training for surgeons in both didactic and hands-on (cadaveric) settings. You will foster relationships by maintaining strong links with key accounts to further sales, expand market development, and ensure service continuity.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of successful field sales experience.
The ability to travel locally (up to 90%) and overnight (up to 20%).
Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments.
Hospital credentialing readiness and the capability to manage emergency support scenarios.
A valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.
