About The Position

Southern National Roofing is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to join their team. This is a full-time W-2 role where performance directly impacts earnings and advancement. The company trains from the ground up and promotes based on performance. They are a large residential roofing company with multiple industry recognitions. This role is ideal for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and motivated by face-to-face customer service and people-focused work. The primary responsibility is to speak with homeowners and schedule free roof inspections, creating qualified opportunities through face-to-face interactions in assigned neighborhoods. This position offers higher earning potential than traditional retail, warehouse, hospitality, or administrative jobs.

Requirements

Comfortable talking to people face-to-face

High school diploma or GED
A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle (to get to and from the office)
Ability to work 40 hrs between 9am - 7pm, Mon -Sat
