Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience (required)
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs daily
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Leadership or management experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills
  • Highly self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
  • Roofing experience is a plus, but not required — we provide industry-leading training.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct residential property inspections for storm-related damage (roofing, siding, gutters, windows)
  • Guide homeowners through the insurance claims and restoration process
  • Meet with insurance adjusters to agree on scope of work and pricing
  • Document claims with detailed notes and photos
  • Manage projects from inspection through completion and payment collection
  • Generate new business through direct outreach in high-opportunity areas
  • Provide leadership, training, and support to sales team members (for management candidates)
  • Coordinate with internal teams including production and supplements
