About The Position

This role is for a proven, top-performing sales professional to join a well-established real estate investment firm in St. Petersburg, FL. The company buys houses directly from homeowners, renovates them, and resells them. Requirements

  • 3+ years of a proven track record as a top sales performer, with persistence, and follow-up is required.
  • High Ticket B2C Sales experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Must be comfortable using CRM systems, phone and dialer systems, texting platforms, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, DocuSign or similar e-signature tools, PDF tools, video meeting tools, and basic spreadsheets.
  • Must have a reliable computer, smartphone, and internet connection if working remotely.
  • Strong phone presence, sales discovery, negotiation, objection handling, active listening, follow-up discipline, time management, strong verbal and written communication, emotional control, basic math and deal understanding, CRM organization, ability to follow a proven sales process, adaptable and tech-savvy.

  • Ideal Predictive Index Behavioral Profiles: Captain, Maverick, or Persuader – must pass the cognitive assessment with a 220+ out of 450.
  • Clean background and reference checks.
  • Valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to relocate to Saint Petersburg, FL 33702 before starting work.

Nice To Haves

  • High Ticket B2C Sales experience – especially in real estate, home services, solar, roofing, insurance, mortgage, door-to-door, automotive, in-home sales, or related fields – is preferred.
  • Bachelor degree in business, sales, communication, real estate, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Former police officers, military NCOs, college athletes, and bartenders.
  • Experience with high ticket sales negotiation, or conflict resolution.
  • Experience working in primarily commission-based roles.

Responsibilities

  • Turn seller leads into signed purchase agreements by talking with distressed homeowners.
  • Understand homeowners' situations and build trust.
  • Evaluate motivation, review property details, and negotiate offers.
  • Help the company buy properties at the right price.
  • Work closely with lead management, underwriting, transaction coordination, dispositions, construction, and leadership.
  • Ensure swift responses to all leads and inquiries, within 90 seconds or less.
  • Build rapport with homeowners and understand their situation.
  • Ask strong discovery questions around motivation, timeline, property condition, price expectations, and decision-making process.
  • Follow the company’s proven sales process from first conversation to signed contract.
  • Work with underwriting to determine offer ranges.
  • Present offers clearly and confidently.
  • Negotiate and secure at least 6 to 8 purchase agreements with sellers, per month.
  • Overcome objections around price, timing, repairs, uncertainty, and competing options.
  • Follow up regularly via calls, texts, and emails to all leads on a predetermined schedule.
  • Maintain comprehensive notes of all lead interactions in the CRM system.
  • Update lead status, next steps, tasks, and follow-up dates.
  • Prepare or assist with contracts, letters of intent, and required documents.
  • Collaborate efficiently with the team after contract signing to ensure all deals close smoothly.
  • Communicate seller expectations clearly to the internal team.
  • Attend daily sales meetings, roleplays, and training sessions.
  • Review call recordings and accept coaching.
  • Accurately track daily and weekly sales activity for accurate KPI reporting.
  • Daily reporting of pipeline status, risks, and next steps to leadership.
  • Seek guidance from sales managers as needed.
  • Represent the company professionally with every seller interaction.
