We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our team in Pampa, Texas. This role involves guiding customers through the vehicle-buying experience from their first visit through delivery and beyond. Qualified candidates may be eligible for an up to $5,000 sign-on bonus. Requirements

Valid Driver’s License
Ability to complete required manufacturer training
Basic mathematical skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions as needed
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
Ability to work weekends as needed
Must be able to work in person in Pampa, TX 79065 and relocate prior to starting if necessary

Responsibilities

Sell and deliver vehicles while working toward a minimum sales standard of 12 units per month
Build relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience
Assist customers with vehicle selection, demonstrations, and test drives
Follow dealership procedures for customer identification, sales documentation, and vehicle delivery
Maintain consistent customer communication and follow-up through the dealership CRM
Develop repeat and referral business through strong customer relationships
Work closely with sales management, Finance & Insurance, aftermarket, service, and other departments
Ensure completed deals and required documentation are turned over accurately and promptly
Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery
Introduce customers to the service department and available maintenance resources
Follow up on post-delivery needs, including title/tag work, special requests, and customer commitments
Participate in sales meetings, product training, inventory walks, and dealership activities
Stay informed about applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing automobile sales
Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented approach
