Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and goals
• Educate clients on available life insurance and protection products
• Conduct virtual and phone-based client appointments, with a focus on meeting weekly and monthly contact and appointment targets
• Guide clients through the application process, aiming for consistent application accuracy and completion rates
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and existing clients to support conversion and retention goals
• Track and maintain organized records of client interactions and sales activity
• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings to support ongoing skill development
• Work toward individual sales targets and production milestones as part of a performance-driven role
