Requirements

  • Previous sales, hospitality, retail, restaurant, customer service, or automotive experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A positive, outgoing personality and professional presence
  • Confidence speaking with customers and guiding conversations
  • A competitive mindset with a desire to grow and succeed
  • Ability to stay organized and follow through in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service focus

  • Coachability and willingness to learn dealership processes, product knowledge, and sales skills
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Build strong relationships with customers by listening, asking questions, and understanding their needs
  • Present new and pre-owned vehicle options based on customer preferences
  • Guide customers through the sales process with confidence and care
  • Follow up with leads, appointments, and previous customers
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on Honda models, features, and dealership inventory
  • Work with a sense of urgency in a high-volume sales environment
  • Partner with Sales Managers, Finance, and other team members to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Deliver an exceptional experience that helps earn customers for life
