• Greet and assist gym members in a friendly and professional manner
• Help new members with orientation and equipment setup
• Sell gym memberships and provide information on membership options
• Answer phone calls, make appointments, and assist with inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized gym environment
• Assist with gym events and promotions
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
