About The Position

We are looking for a Sales Representative who is passionate about customer acquisition, identifying new business opportunities, building lasting relationships, and driving revenue growth. Reporting to the General Manager, Quebec & Ottawa, in this role, you will play a key role in business development opportunities within the modular rental industry for the South Shore Montreal Region.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the rental industry or a related field.
  • Strong business development and client acquisition skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, client management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiently bilingual in both French and English (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the sale and rental of new and used ATCO products and services, including market development for ATCO products and keeping track of current market prices to ensure a profitable and competitive position.
  • Securing new sales and leases with new and existing customers within company guidelines
  • Keep up to date on competitors, their products, pricing, and market strategy approaches.
  • Review and recommend changes to our products and services to reflect market needs, including advertising, brochures, and other sales materials.
  • Assists with customer inquiries, and sales requests (telephone and external)
  • Manage the assigned geographical territory to ensure maximum penetration.
  • Prepare bids, project documents and liaise with customers, and create detailed and accurate price request forms (PCRs)
  • Maintain and ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction with regular contact with existing and potential clients
  • Be well-informed on current industry trends and able to communicate effectively with customers on relevant industry activities.
  • Ensures overall excellence in quality standards and projects meet customer and internal stakeholder requirements.
  • Great team player with strong organizational alignment and effective networks to achieve decisive results.
