About The Position
Kognitive Sales Solutions, in partnership with Canadian Tire, is looking for motivated, sales-driven individuals to engage consumers in-store. As a Field Marketing Representative, you will educate customers and drive sales of Financial Products for Canadian Tire. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Innisfil, ON.
Requirements
- Comfortable delivering key messages.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Work well independently and within a team.
- Comfortable completing a criminal and credit background check.

- Customer service or sales experience an asset.
- Outgoing, personable, enjoys interacting with people.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and educate customers on the features and benefits of the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within the store and kiosk.
- Drive sales, advocacy and brand awareness for our client’s product.
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring customers have a great experience.
- Find creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality as you work with customer information.
- Support in multiple store locations within your assigned region as needed.
