RNR Tire Express is calling all goal-oriented individuals in the area to apply to join our team full-time as a Sales representative! TOP SALESPERSON MADE OVER $75,000 SECOND SALESPERSON MADE CLOSE TO $70,000 THIRD SALESPERSON MADE 67,000 WHY SHOULD YOU APPLY? Our AVERAGE Salesperson makes between $40,000 TO $55,000 with the hourly and bonuses. You would also be eligible for medical, dental, vision, long- and short-term disability, accident, critical illness, as well as cancer plans, a 401(k)-matching plan, paid holidays, and vacation. Requirements
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving history
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Physical ability to lift and organize heavy product.
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able lift 50lbs unassisted
Nice To Haves
- Experience in customer service or as an account executive, sales rep, account manager, sales manager, or account representative is helpful but NOT REQUIRED
Responsibilities
- Use fantastic interpersonal and communication skills to help close sales of our quality tire and custom wheel products and services.
- Be the face of our company as the customers' initial contact.
- Provide top-notch customer service to make a great impression.
- Consult with potential customers about our products and services over the phone.
- Accurately process orders once sales are made and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Be an effective closer who helps ensure that we have a steady flow of business.
