About The Position

As an Auto Sales Representative, you will consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase. Your goal is to create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers. You will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle. The company will train you on the products they offer and their benefits to the customer.

Requirements

Reliable-Shows up Ready to Work.
Experience in sales, preferred in a dealership setting.
Working knowledge of computers and technology. Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies.
Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge to grow with us and meet projected sales goals
Adept to handle high-volume and adapt to our needs
Have a desire to grow with us in this automotive industry
Knowledgeable on products, features, and industry.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Prior Toyota brand experience.

Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
Help earn customers for life by creating welcoming and trusted experiences for our customers.
Ensure proper follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.

Track customers using store specific management system/s.
Remain current on new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.
