About The Position

CurifyLabs is pioneering 3D printing solutions for personalized medicine. We partner with compounding pharmacies to streamline production, expand what they can offer, and ultimately improve patient care — making personalized treatments faster, safer, and more accessible to the people who need them. We’re looking for a Sales Representative based in the Central U.S. to grow CurifyLabs’ footprint across private compounding pharmacies. You’ll own the territory end-to-end: prospecting, building relationships, running demos, navigating buying conversations with owners and head pharmacists, and bringing new customers across the line. This isn’t a role where leads land in your inbox and you take orders. You’ll be out in the field, building the pipeline, opening doors, and turning your existing network into customers. If you already know the people who run the best compounding pharmacies in your region — and they take your calls — we definitely want to talk.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience selling into pharmacy, pharma, life sciences, or healthcare — ideally including compounding pharmacy.
  • An existing network in the U.S. compounding pharmacy community — relationships with owners, head pharmacists, or association contacts that you can pick up the phone to.
  • Strong commercial instincts: you can read a room, qualify quickly, and move deals forward without being pushy.
  • Comfortable being on the road — visiting customers, attending conferences, and showing up where the work happens.
  • Self-starter mentality. You like owning a territory, setting your own rhythm, and being measured on outcomes.
  • Based in or around Texas (Dallas, Houston, Austin) is preferred, but we’re open to strong candidates elsewhere in the Central U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Central U.S. territory: build, manage, and convert the pipeline of private compounding pharmacy accounts.
  • Open conversations with pharmacy owners, head pharmacists, and decision-makers — through your network, outbound, conferences, and referrals.
  • Run demonstrations and meetings
  • Move opportunities through the funnel: discovery, demo, commercial conversation, contract, and a smooth handover to Customer Success.
  • Represent CurifyLabs at industry events and conferences — gatherings where the real conversations happen.
  • Share field intel with our product, marketing, and leadership teams — what’s working, what isn’t, what customers are asking for next.
