Sales Representative - Northern NJ
About The Position
Kitchen Magic is a family-owned kitchen and bath remodeling company with over four decades of proven success. This is a field-based role where you'll start your day from home and travel to in-home customer appointments within your territory. In-office sales meetings in Nazareth, PA are held bi-monthly. As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to present custom kitchen and bath solutions. You will be trained on our products, process, and proven sales approach to guide customers from design inspiration to a signed agreement in a single visit.
Requirements
- Ambitious and earnings-driven individuals who thrive on hitting sales targets and exceeding goals
- Great communication and active listening skills
- Able to travel to appointments within a one hour radius (must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation)
- Saturday and weekday evening availability
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and fluent in English
Nice To Haves
- Previous in-home or consultative sales experience is a plus — but not required
Responsibilities
- Meeting homeowners in their homes for scheduled appointments — no cold calling
- Delivering engaging, informative sales presentations that highlight our products, value, and design options
- Creating custom kitchen and bath solutions that meet each client’s style and budget
- Following up with customers as needed and managing your pipeline
