About The Position
Kognitive Sales Solutions, in partnership with Canadian Tire, is seeking motivated, sales-driven individuals to engage customers and drive sales of Financial Products within Canadian Tire stores. As a Field Marketing Representative, you will educate customers on the features and benefits of the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard, aiming to foster connections and provide exceptional customer experiences. This role involves building relationships with store personnel, maintaining confidentiality, and potentially supporting multiple store locations within your assigned region.
Requirements
- Customer service or sales experience an asset
- Comfortable delivering key messages
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Work well independently and within a team
- Comfortable completing a criminal and credit background check

Responsibilities
- Drive sales and educate customers on the features and benefits of the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within the store and kiosk.
- Drive sales, advocacy and brand awareness for our client’s product
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring customers have a great experience
- Find creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality as you work with customer information
- Support in multiple store locations within your assigned region as needed
