About The Position
We are hiring full-time sales representatives in Newark for an in-person role offering base pay plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses, with typical earnings of $1,200–$1,500+ per week. In this role, you’ll meet directly with homeowners, educate them on renewable energy solutions, and guide them through a straightforward enrollment process. Paid training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to enter sales or grow their earnings.
Requirements
- 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday–Friday, 11 AM–8 PM.

- Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Educate homeowners about renewable energy options.
- Help customers understand the benefits of clean energy for their homes and communities.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process.
- Build skills through hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship.
- Achieve goals, earn commissions, and track weekly progress.
- Represent the company with professionalism and work towards leadership opportunities.
- Generate leads and meet with customers in the Newark area.
- Present energy solutions, build relationships, and close sales.
- Manage your pipeline and track daily/weekly performance.
- Work closely with leadership to develop skills and increase earnings.
