Requirements

A track record of success in sales (any industry)
Valid driver's license
Strong communication skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Coachability and a commitment to continuous improvement
Willingness to learn the plumbing trade (we'll train you — no experience needed)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Become a Trusted Advisor: Build trust and confidence with homeowners, educate clients on their repair and replacement options, help clients make informed decisions, create exceptional customer experiences.
Sell Solutions (we'll teach you the technical side): Understand the client's problem and present complete solutions, walk homeowners through their options with clarity and confidence, close the sale and ensure every client receives a Beyond Wow experience, follow our proven process on every call.
Drive Growth: Identify opportunities to fully solve client problems, increase average ticket value through education and complete solutions, generate referrals through exceptional service, contribute to company growth and performance.
Pursue Mastery: Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and development, continuously improve your sales and communication skills, learn the trade, plus leadership skills and business acumen, seek opportunities to grow professionally and personally.
Take Ownership: Own your results, follow through on commitments, solve problems proactively, act like an owner, not an employee.
