The Sales Representative is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a sales and marketing plan within an assigned LLC, aligning with the LLC's strategic plan. Key aspects of the role include setting and managing area sales goals, assisting with quarterly sales forecasts to ensure profitability, and identifying market opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships to boost market share. The representative also evaluates competitors, supports the development of key accounts, and oversees the sale of products and services, including pricing controls. This position directs sales and technical efforts to meet customer needs, handles complaints, manages accounts receivables, and ensures compliance with financial policies and safety regulations (MSHA, OSHA, ATF, DOT). On a limited basis, the role may also involve assisting with duties typically performed by a Tech Rep or Certified Blaster. The Sales Representative holds overall accountability for area forecasts, budgets, pricing, technical decisions, customer dissatisfaction resolution, and promotional item development.
