About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and confident Sales Representative to help drive growth within our Micro Markets, Office Coffee, and Vending division. This is a newly created role designed to establish a dedicated sales presence and support our expanding business. The ideal candidate is persuasive, relationship-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is essential. If you're confident, persuasive, and thrive in fast-moving environments where no two days look the same, this is an exciting opportunity to shape a high-impact role.

Requirements

  • Background in sales (industry experience is helpful but not required)
  • Comfortable using Outlook, a cell phone, and basic Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay composed while handling multiple responsibilities
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and coachable
  • Successfully pass a background check

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients
  • Conduct outreach through telephone and email
  • Support expansion efforts across Micro Markets, Office Coffee, and Vending
  • Work closely with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities with professionalism
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
