The position requires building and maintaining strong business relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and communicating with customers about product updates, portfolio changes, and educational programs. The representative will also implement new sales plans and marketing strategies, identify prospect needs, and perform field calls including operating room consultations. Responsibilities include cross-selling, managing new product introductions, addressing account issues, and supporting compliance with industry regulations and company policies. The role also involves working with a Sales Manager, maintaining sales and product knowledge, collecting competitive data, and participating in sales meetings and professional events outside of regular business hours.
