Requirements

Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, educational sales presentations for homeowners on energy-efficient exterior remodeling solutions
- Participate in structured sales coaching sessions and training workshops each week
- Contribute to team growth through knowledge sharing and collaboration
- Build your personal book of business and grow within our merit-based structure
