Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging, educational sales presentations for homeowners on energy-efficient exterior remodeling solutions
  • Participate in structured sales coaching sessions and training workshops each week
  • Contribute to team growth through knowledge sharing and collaboration
  • Build your personal book of business and grow within our merit-based structure
