About The Position
Home Genius Exteriors is a rapidly expanding home improvement company, recognized on Qualified Remodeler's Top 500 and by Owens Corning. The company has experienced significant growth and is seeking motivated, competitive individuals aiming for a six-figure income with substantial earning potential. This role involves in-home sales, presenting solutions, and closing deals for high-value home remodeling projects. The position offers a hybrid work schedule in Harrisburg, PA, with appointments pre-qualified by a call center, eliminating cold calling. The company emphasizes a strong culture, career advancement, and significant earning potential through uncapped commissions and bonuses.
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred, not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Weekend availability (6 days/week)
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
- Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
- Present financing options and close sales
- Build lasting customer relationships
- Participate in ongoing sales training
