About The Position

KASIM International Corporation is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to support and grow our customer base throughout the Miami-Dade territory. This position is responsible for visiting assigned customers, generating sales, taking orders, promoting KASIM product lines and specials, and ensuring excellent execution and customer service at store level.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, route sales, retail, distribution, merchandising, or a similar customer-facing role preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Results-oriented with the ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
Ability to work independently and manage an assigned sales territory.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Visit assigned customers and stores throughout the designated territory.
Take customer orders and actively promote KASIM product lines.
Push promotional items, specials, and authorized products to achieve sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, receiving personnel, and customers.
Ensure authorized products are available and properly represented in assigned stores.
Review existing backroom inventory before placing new orders.
Support proper product rotation to help prevent expired merchandise.
Ensure shelves are organized, clean, properly tagged, and display correct pricing.
Coordinate and communicate with merchandisers regarding product delivery and store needs.
Identify sales opportunities and work consistently toward assigned sales objectives.
Maintain excellent communication with customers and the KASIM sales team.
Represent KASIM International Corporation professionally and to a high standard.
