About The Position
InsuraTec is seeking motivated and coachable individuals to join our virtual team as Sales Representatives. We offer a 100% scripted sales process, warm leads, and a high close ratio from appointments, allowing representatives to focus on closing deals and helping families. Requirements
- Sales, customer service, or client-facing experience preferred
- No license required to apply – we help you get licensed
- Ability to follow a structured process and stay organized
- Strong communication skills via phone and video
- Drive to succeed in a performance-based role
Responsibilities
- Work with inbound, pre-qualified leads – no cold calling
- Use our step-by-step script to present and sell life insurance and financial products virtually
- Guide clients through their options and answer questions with professionalism and care
- Submit electronic applications and maintain client info in CRM
- Attend weekly team calls and skill-building sessions
